A non-surgical Radiofrequency (RF) device – Agnes – has proven that it can effectively tighten the skin of your eyelids while reducing the droopiness of the upper eyelids, crow’s feet, wrinkles and improve the appearance of your eyes.
Apart from tightening and removing fat from the neck and jowl area, it also offers permanent solutions for a variety of skin problems including, cystic acne, inflammatory acne, black heads, large pores and syringomas.
Using a patented micro-needle, it emits RF with precision, and selectively targets and shrinks subcutaneous fat between the skin and before the orbital septum. Resulting in the
formation of new collagen while it tightens and firms the skin.
The treatment takes 20 minutes, prior to that, numbing cream will be applied around the treatment area followed by anaesthetic jabs.
Using a hand-held device fitted with a needle which radiates heat and RF, it will slowly pierce into the skin at controlled depths. Resulting in the melting of fats and stimulating collagen production.
Cooling gel packs will then be placed on the area post-treatment to soothe the skin – which may feel tender and sensitive immediately after. It is advisable to wait up to two months for best results, however, some patients may see improvements in as little as the first two weeks.
