The Asian nose commonly presents with platyrrhine issues: low radix, wide nostrils, broad tip and disproportionate nasal length to height ratio. The 4D NSR addresses these components to achieve a harmonious nasal profile, both from the front as well as the side views.

4D NON-SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY (NSR)

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF
4D NSR?
4D NSR?
This procedure costs between $1000 to $3500, depending on how many parts of the nose need to be enhanced.
HOW DOES 4D NSR IMPROVE MY NOSE?
The 4D NSR is able to raise the radix (nose bridge), narrow the nostrils, project the tip and achieve an aesthetically better length:height ratio. The beauty of this procedure is that it delivers dramatic and natural looking results. This means that there will be a very significant difference but yet so natural that it will seem as if you have always had that nose!

IS IT PAINFUL?
The entire procedure is almost completely painless. Technology and medicine meet to allow the 4D NSR to be performed smoothly and comfortably. During your consultation, you will be given the opportunity to view videos of patients during and immediately after undergoing 4D NSR. Seeing is believing!
HOW IS THE 4D-NSR CARRIED OUT?
Once the area of treatment is numb, a combination of internal suture-lifting with/without filler/fat-grafting is used to contour the nose bridge, tip and nostrils. Downtime is minimal and any swelling usually resolves over 3-5days.

HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS OF
4D NSR LAST?
4D NSR LAST?
4D NSR have been shown to maintain significant results between 1-2 years.

IS IT SAFE? WHAT ARE THE RISKS?
The 4D NSR is safe. There is little risk of infection, extrusion or unnatural results as there is no silicone or any other permanent implant material used for this procedure. Risks include bruising and swelling in a small percentage of individuals.
COMPARISON OF
4D NSR vs HIKO THREADS vs FILLERS vs SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY
4D NSR vs HIKO THREADS vs FILLERS vs SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY
4D NSR essentially is able to deliver the results of a surgical rhinoplasty but without the risks of general anaesthesia, incisions and permanent implant materials. There is also hence no risk of any visible scars occurring. There is also no risk of thread extrusion (as in the HIKO Threads procedure) or widening of the radix (as in nose fillers). There is also no risk of accidental blindness, a known complication of nose filler procedures.

WHAT ARE THE DISADVANTAGES OF
THE 4D NSR?
THE 4D NSR?
There is only one disadvantage of the 4D NSR procedure: it doesn’t last forever.
In order to maintain the results, this procedure needs to be repeated once every 1-2 years. Slightly longer than HIKO Threads, much longer than fillers, but a lot shorter than a surgically inserted silicone/Gore-Tex implant (which is basically forever).
